Turquoise Bamboo Vase Vase Makers Marks Close up of Makers Marks

I found this beautiful turquoise vase on ebay and I love the bamboo design, wondering if anyone out there can help me identify the makers marks and age?

On the bottom the makers marks say, 'Made in England no.14' with a little fish type symbol or motif.
