My Birth of Venus Chair

My Birth of Venus Chair

Looking for help in identifying this antique chair and its period; also if possible any approximate value. I call it "The Birth of Venus Chair" it reminds me of the Astarte Syriaca - Rossetti's painting of William Morris' wife Jane Burden-Morris.
