.T 358 China Mark Front of Plate Plate Decoration

Hi, I found this reasonably heavy plate, over 400 grams, marked .T 358 at a second hand furniture store recently.

It looks to me like it is hand painted. Unfortunately much of the gold has worn off the edges.

The maker's mark is orange/brown and says ".T 358".

I'm wondering if anyone can tell me anything about the maker, the date manufactured or what this means please?

thanks,
Maryanne
