Delft Salt and Pepper Set Marking

Received this from a neighbor whose husband travelled a lot on his job for Standard Oil from 1930s to 60s. She doesn't know where or when he got it but we believe it is a Delft Salt and Pepper Set.

But, in the little research I've done, I don't see any Delft in these colors, nor have I seen this particular Delft marking.

So I guess I'm wondering if this really is Delft from Holland, and if so how can I place its date if the marking isn't registered?

The set is in perfect condition and any help would be appreciated.
