Minton or Meissen or Royal Porcelain Figurines

I recently purchased some figurines that were allegedly Minton. However, the mark does not match a Minton mark. The mark appears to be two small crossed arrows or swords.

One of the swords look as if there is a flag shape attached to it.

I have looked in Kovels and it appears to be like, but never exactly, Meissen, State's, Royal Porcelain, Kloster, Bourdois and Block or Kalk Courtille, to mention a few.

Any suggestions? I have tried to attach a picture twice but the site tells me it is too large.

Apparently, I am not computer savy either...
Marks can sure be complicated.
