RV Limoges France Porcelaine Dure

My parents purchased a china dinner set in Moulins, France 1953. I have been trying to locate the Manufacturer. The pottery mark is a black triangle with the letters RV, Limoges under RV and under Limoges looks like (France). Then a green circle next to it that says Porcelaine Dure, limoges.

The pattern of the place settings is a platinum band with plumes. Looking for help finding the manufacturer to try and replace a couple of pieces.
