Unmarked Chocolate Pot?

My grandmother handed down a chocolate pot set she said belonged to her grandmother. Now my grandmother was born in 1912 if that helps with anything. I can not seem to find any makers mark name or date.
It is white with a lot of blue design along with pink, lavender & yellow flowers & a lot of gold trim.
It is a set of 4cups,4saucers, the pot with lid & 2 shakers (like salt & pepper).
The picture is of it behind glass, I do not like handling it much. More pictures can be taken if needed.
I would appreciate any help in identifying the maker or dating the set
