Cobalt Blue Glass Candle Sticks

I was going through some glassware from my mother that had been in my attic for years. I was trying to identify most of the depression glass before asking if my children would want some pieces.

Except for a few pieces, which include these blue glass candle holders, I've pretty much identified most of the depression glass thanks to websites like this.

These candle holders are really beautiful, such a dark blue, except when I photograph them, and they appear deep violet or purple.

On the bottom is marked "FRANCE", then "RE" space and then it looks like "NS" the N looks backwards.

They also have a number 10 on one and a number 14 on the other.

I would really like to identify the maker and possibly the period. Any help would surely be appreciated.

Thank You.. Pauline

May be REIMS - I have seen similar candleholders in clear glass on ebay.
